OUR FREE APP
Everything you need to know about your time with us (Digital Playbill, Giving, Parking, Press, Public Transit, etc.) is waiting for you in our free App. Once you download it and set it up, you won't have to scroll through your email looking for your tickets, or waste any paper printing them out, or navigate the tiny box office at The Rose.
And even if you select another delivery option, all of your Plan-B tickets are also waiting for you in our free App, with a link to the Digital Playbill right on each in-App ticket (please note that if you add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (or) share tickets with someone through our free App, the Digital Playbill link does not travel with those tickets).
We know it's confusing that there are two apps, but our free App is separate from the ArtTix app. They are, however, linked through the same ticketing system, which is why you use your ArtTix login to log in to our free App.
Everything else you purchase through ArtTix will also show up in our free App.

Enter the Email you used to order your tickets and the Password from your ArtTix account.
If you have forgotten your Login, need to create a password, or need to reset your password, click the Forgot Login button (do not use the Register button) and follow the instructions.

You'll receive an email that looks like this with the subject line Your Online Credentials from ArtTix & Plan-B Theatre.
Click the 'Click here to reset your password' link. Please note that 'reset your password' is a catch-all for a forgotten password, creating a password, or resetting a password.

Click Forgot Password (red arrow) and follow the instructions (do not enter anything in the Email Address and Password fields).
Enter your email address and your password into the Email and Password fields on the app...
...and you're set!
If your tickets don't appear, it means you have two accounts in the ticketing system that need to be merged. Click App Questions button below and let us know and we'll take care of that for you.
