Kenji Bunch’s composition “Lost Freedom” was inspired by George Takei’s experiences in two Japanese-American internment camps during World War II. Narrated by Plan-B’s Artistic Director Jerry Rapier.

The concert also features "Selected Songs" by Schubert, "Six Japanese Gardens" by Kaija Saariaho, and a world premiere by University of Utah composer Jessica Rudman.
