EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Our Free Elementary School Tour provides video-on-demand (with closed captioning in English and Spanish) and audio play (through SY25) options.

Our Videobook library for K-6 students is comprised of video versions of five children's books that include ASL interpretation, audio description, and closed captioning.

DESCRIPTION OF THE STUDIO THEATRE

We are in residence at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center in downtown Salt Lake City. Two accessible parking spaces are available directly in front of the facility. A ramp leads to the fully accessible main entrance with an automated door. Once you enter the building, the automated accessible door to the box office is immediately to your right. Although the distance between these two automated doors is only about 15 feet, the main entrance to the facility is between them so there may be heavy foot traffic.

The lobby floors are cement and flat with no impediments. The hallway to the Studio Theatre, marked by large, illuminated signage, is on the right just past the two entrances to the larger Leona Wagner Black Box and just before the entrance to the women's restroom.

The lobby restrooms are accessible (although with standard sink heights). There is a single, accessible restroom available but, to be honest, it is not well located. Either the House Manager, Usher, or Plan-B staff member will happily assist you with access.

A double door is midway down the hallway to the Studio Theatre, which is opened when the house opens (seating begins). A large coat rack is available just past the double door. The Studio Theatre itself is a flexible, black box-style performance space. There is a 1/4” rise in the floor due to the threshold of the single, double-door entrance/exit to the theatre itself.

The House Manager, Usher, or Plan-B staff member will assist with the storage of walkers. Canes fit directly under the seating. All front-row seats are wheelchair accessible.

TICKETING

If you have not yet purchased a ticket, we will assist you with your ticket purchase when we respond to your Accommodations Request Form. All tickets purchased in connection with this form are fully exchangeable, based on seating availability. If you have already purchased a ticket, please note that in the "additional details" section below and we will ensure you have the print-at-home (which don't actually have to be printed: you may just display the ticket to the house manager via your smartphone) or digital-tickets-on-our-app option!
