PATRON ACCESSIBILITY: THE STAGE DOOR SERIES AT KINGSBURY HALL

We at Plan-B are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for you. Our friends at UtahPresents share this commitment.

The following information is specific to performances of KILO-WAT by Aaron Asano Swenson, our co-production with UtahPresents as part of the Stage Door Series at Kingsbury Hall.

That means that seating (reduced to a capacity of 140 maximum) is on stage with the show. All patrons enter through the Stage Door directly onto the stage. The threshold and entrance to the stage are flat.

MOBILITY DEVICE USERS

The seating is all on the flat stage floor (no risers or incline), so you are free to sit wherever you wish, whether you choose to move to a seat or remain in your device.

DIGITAL PLAYBILL

The Digital Playbill, available here, includes a link to a large-print script.

ASL-INTERPRETED PERFORMANCE

Friday, February 14 at 7:30pm

The stage is raised 32" so the interpreters will be front and center for optimal viewing.

SENSORY-FRIENDLY PERFORMANCE

Sunday, February 16 at 2pm

There will be room along the periphery for those who need to stand/move during the performance.

ADA PARKING SPACES

Multiple ADA parking spaces are adjacent to Kingsbury Hall on President's Circle.

There is a clear, flat, generally decent path from these spaces to the Stage Door entrance. Please note the curb cut is quite steep.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

Utah Transit Authority (UTA) offers complimentary paratransit services.

UTA Trax and bus schedules are available here.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES

Free assistive listening devices are available from any usher.

CAPTIONING AND AUDIO DESCRIPTION

Unfortunately neither of these services are available for these performances.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service Animals are permitted at events. All such animals must always be under the control of their handlers. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.

ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS

One single-user ADA-accessible bathroom adjacent to the stage. Additional ADA-accessibly restrooms are available one floor down.
