Thank you for subscribing and joining us for our 35th season and the world premiere of JUST ADD WATER by Matthew Ivan Bennett & Elaine Jarvik (please note that evening performances begin at 7pm this season) and/or the free public performances of our Free Elementary School Tour of the world premiere of EB & FLO by Elaine Jarvik, which is serving K-3 students at 100 elementary school statewide this school year.

These two plays are collectively known as The Great Salt Lake Plays.

YOUR TICKETS & OUR APP

Most patrons receive their tickets via our free App and have hopefully discovered that (1) there is a link to the digital playbill right on each ticket, and (2) all tickets purchased through ArtTix for any event display instantly in our App!

It also helps you to avoid the cramped box office at The Rose and conserves paper.

If you haven't downloaded our App but would like to, please click the App button below. During the set-up process, you'll use your ArtTix login to also login to our App as well and voila, your tickets will appear! 

If you have issues with our App, chances are you just need to reset your password at this link. Please b sure to click Forgot Password (don't enter anything into the Email Address or Password fields). One you've reset your password, use your email address and your new password to login to our App.

For other issues with our App or if you have opted for emailed tickets and lost them to The Great Email Void, please email us here and we'll happily resend them.

And don't worry - we always have a house list.

Please note that metered street parking is no longer free on Saturdays.

ARRIVAL TIME + RUN TIME + LATE SEATING + OTHER PERFORMANCES AT THE ROSE DURING JUST ADD WATER AND EB & FLO

The house opens 15 minutes before show time. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before show time to ensure you have enough time to hit the restroom and navigate parking, as well as the other performances in the building!

Our standard practice is to hold until 5 minutes past show time as we do not allow late seating.

JUST ADD WATER runs 90 minutes without intermission. EB & FLO runs 40 minutes without intermission.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

You may exchange your tickets as often as needed, based on availability. Please email us here or please text us at 801.297.4200 with at least 24 hours notice. ArtTix cannot help you with a subscriber exchange.

Your ticket(s) are not eligible for refund but, if you are unable to use them and wish to turn them back to us, we'll provide you with a donation letter for the value of the tickets. ArtTix cannot help you with turned back tickets.

COVID-19 SAFETY

We no longer require masks or proof of vaccination. We do however, strongly encourage you to get be sure you are current on both your flu shot and COVID-19 boosters.
