YOUR TICKETS & OUR APP
You have received your tickets via email or our free App (or both). If you have our app, there's a link to the Digital Playbill on your ticket in the app! If you don't have our App yet, scroll to the buttons at the bottom to download!
If you have lost them to The Great Email Void, please email us here and we'll happily resend them.
We strongly encourage you to avoid the small box office at The Rose and conserve paper by displaying your tickets at the entrance to the Studio Theatre on our free App (available for download at the App button below), which requires your ArtTix login when prompted in order to display your tickets. If you don't remember your login or have difficulty displaying your tickets, simply reset your password here. Fun fact: all tickets purchased through ArtTix will display in our app as well!
You may also display a photo of your tickets or the actual PDF on your smartphone. And don't worry - we also have a house list.
COVID-19 SAFETY
We no longer require masks or proof of vaccination. We do however, strongly encourage you to get be sure you are current on both your flu shot and COVID-19 boosters. And you may order free COVID-19 tests here.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Your tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange.
ARRIVAL TIME + RUN TIME + LATE SEATING + OTHER PERFORMANCES AT THE ROSE DURING FULL COLOR
The house opens 30 minutes before show time. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before show time to ensure you have enough time to hit the restroom and navigate parking, as well as the other performances in the building! Our standard practice is to hold until 5 minutes past show time to start the show as we do not allow late seating.
The performance runs a maximum of 70 minutes without intermission.
There are no other performances at The Rose for the rest of the run of FULL COLOR.
