YOUR TICKETS & OUR APP

We at Plan-B Theatre ask that you display your tickets in our free Plan-B app, available here.

You will also find our Accommodation Request Form, Press Coverage, Accessibility and Parking information, Digital Playbills (links to which are directly on your tickets!), et cetera in our free app. All other ArtTix purchases will also display immediately, rather than the day before the event as they do in the ArtTix app.

Please install and set-up our free app today. An hour before show time is the wrong time to do it!

If you already have our free app, please be sure it's updated.

We will text and email you reminders the week of your upcoming performance.

The house manager also always has a house list.

ARRIVAL TIME

The house opens 15 minutes before show time. Please plan to arrive by then to ensure you have enough time navigate parking and other performances in the building, and make an unhurried visit to the restroom!

Please note that metered street parking is paid until 10pm Monday-Saturday and is free on Sundays.

Our standard practice is to hold until 5 minutes past show time as we do not allow late seating.

RUN TIME

FACING EAST runs 70 minutes without intermission.

The following events are happening on the west side of downtown and may affect parking (amazingly no Mammoth games conflict with our run):

SUBSCRIBERS

You are welcome to exchange your tickets to another performance, based on availability. Please email your request here or please text us at 801.297.4200 with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you are able to use your tickets, we'll provide you with a donation letter for the value of any paid tickets and you will be listed on our Donors page. ArtTix cannot help you with exchanges or turned back tickets.

PATRONS

If you are unable to use your tickets (which are not eligible for refund or exchange), please email us here or please text us at 801.297.4200 with a minimum of 24 hours notice. We'll provide you with a donation letter for the value of any paid tickets and you will be listed on our Donors page. ArtTix cannot help you with turned back tickets.
